"The comment I heard most often about the concert was "what a class act!"....and it surely was. Mayor Munson was especially enthusiastic in his praise and desire that it be brought back next year. If that should be considered, I would be honored to be a part of such a wonderful production again."

Doug Lund, concert emcee

For those of you you were unable to attend the concert, we missed you! If you would like to see the concert (or see it again), we are hoping to have it available on DVD in the coming weeks. Check back often!

Also, the photographer, Dawnne Gee of Shadow Moon Photography has posted concert pictures on his website. Check them out. There are over 350 pictures.

The Box Office has informed us that there were over 500 people in attendance at "A Captivating Christmas". Thank you, everyone, for coming!

Because of the great turnout and generous sponsorship, we were able to raise well over $2,000 for the American Red Cross. We will be presenting them with a check before the end of the year.

We are busy making concert plans for 2006. Initially, we are looking at doing a mid-summer concert. We are considering an outdoor event, but that has yet to be determined. And, by popular request, it appears to be very likely that "A Captivating Christmas 2006" is going to happen!

Also, in late September, Robert Schneidewind, the very talented classical guitarist from the Christmas concert, has invited me to join him in presenting a concert at the Belbas Theater at the Washington Pavilion, in Sioux Falls, SD. The theater seats 291, so tickets will go fast. This is going to be a great event! A concert for classical guitar and voice is something the Sioux Falls area sees very little of. Further information will be coming.

If you have not heard, "A Captivating Christmas", my debut CD, has been released and is now available for purchase on the website.

Again, if you get a chance, sign up for the E-Mail List, register and post a message in the Forum.

Thanks again, everyone!
